Limited edition commemorative machine to be unveiled in 2012

SINGERÂ® will also unveil a limited edition SINGERÂ® 160th anniversary commemorative sewing machine that mirrors machine designs of the past, while offering current, easy-to-use features, available for purchase in January 2012.

mySINGERstory.com offers a platform for consumers to search the history of their personal SINGERÂ® household sewing machines and learn the year it was issued and interesting historical facts about sewing from that era. SINGERÂ® will issue an acknowledgement certificate to those who utilize this historical feature, which sewers can share via Facebook or print out for display in their sewing room and/or home. On the website, individuals can also share their unique SINGERÂ® story and view other sewersâ€™ stories and experiences about SINGERÂ® machines throughout history.
