  • 1519 T Street, NW List price: $1,175,000
  • 2725 Woodley Place, NW List price: $1,085,000
  • 4203 Ingomar Street, NW List price: $1,049,000

The above sales were part of 100 homes sold which totaled more than $62 million. This makes Beasley Real Estate the first in the DC area to reach this milestone in less than six months.
