David Low, Ph.D. is an author and academic with advanced degrees in religion and counseling, and almost 40 year of “seeking experience” in both eastern and western settings. He’s worked as an adjunct professor, substance abuse counselor, and now does dreamwork and spiritually-related counseling.

“A classical spiritual journeyman, albeit a scattered one for a while,” is how David Low, Ph.D. describes himself. Stints of interest with Christian, Devotional Hindu (a year in India), Zen Buddhist, Sikh, Sufi, and even esoteric and secular involvements have given him an unusual breadth of experience and familiarity with various spiritual paths.

David Low Ph.D. has taught at Rutgers-Camden, Rowan, LaSalle and other universities in the Philadelphia area, and speaks to community groups and organizations.
